Sorry folks but it appears that we aren't cleared for movement by Regina PA. It appears a Misjumped starships just came in for emergency maintenance and we got temporarily grounded.
Once things get sorted out I am sure we will be up and heading for the nearest Jump Point.
Meanwhile some Naval Architects and Engineers say that Regina Port Authority Inspectors say that we will have to do some overhaul and repaint the hull.
How ever it you would like to book a room on the Credo High Port we might be able to get you oot sooner.
Thank you,
the Management.

More words about all sorts of things.
So, work, of the getting paid variety, work was long yet productive in a monetary sense.
I came home, hit the road to hook up with a friend I had not seen in a while and catch the awful whipping that the Pack took at the hands of the old guy. Really like Rogers, he has all the right moves and Ryan is, well in my opinion and of the group from what I gather from the moment and past bitch sessions, well, he could won us the playoffs, but Brett's ego made him throw a pass, when Ryan who had been tested by the defense and basically ignored the rest of the game was actually running like all get out could have easily run that shit in for 6, Longwell, Boot Senior would nailed the extra point and Packers go on to smash someone that frankly I forget because I still get lost in haze of "What the Fuck?!". Actually though I ended up catching up with the grown ups of the group and a good time, other than the whooping, was had by all, and maybe if someone's curse hadn't taken effect, we might have won the game too.
Now there is some thing that at eighteen I never would have seen myself do, blog online about my personal opinions on the performance of the local NFL franchise, or more properly armchair quarterbacking, but there it is. Life is change.
Still sometimes the plans come together, a whole bloody lot slower than we thought when we first made them.Still, it is nice when they do take longer to accomplish. It is that TANSTAFL kids and you get what you pay for. The First Law.
I am still kicking past the life expectancy I was given as teenager, and had a much better and luckier one than it would seem at first. At this point in my Life, I totally get Roy Batty. Really, I do. I want more Life, fucker. Oh yeah. Except there was less dramatic geneered bioriod with strength boosters so you could fight mankind's wars for them out in the stars head crushing and I got more Life. There has been crying though...
And much more understanding of the long view and the Universe and all its Weirdness.
Oh and it so very, very, very, weird out there in Reality. People do not like talking about it, but I would lay decent odds everyone on planet Earth, also known in the Songs as Terra, Home of Humanity, has some crazy ass story of some shit that no else would believe actually happens, but it sure the fuck does.
Live in New York City, just for year and wow, it is TVMovieLand in Real Life. You see stuff like an ambulance firing up the bells and whistles and speeding up a hill as the leaves and newspapers swirl in a vortex behind it looking like the smoke in a wind tunnel test. Spooky moments like why the hell did I stay so late at the damned party and end up in the Subway at Oh God Thirty in the morning and hey mister rat, nope, no problems here, damn I am alone in a city, The City, Capitol of the Planet and some five million beings and I am alone with my music...pick a happy soundtrack. :D
Yep, best vacation of my Life so far. One year, most expenses paid, on the Upper West Side of the Island and Borough of Manhattan. It totally rocked. And then one day it sucked. And now it mostly ok, but not many people seem to have learned the lessons. Which sucks. Mostly because the United States has gone from being a Republic into the Empire phase and is both doing it badly and on Internet Time scale.
Have had the feeling of Reality shifting...it is unnerving at times, when I think about it. Which can be a good sum of time. Well, I felt the need to write something, but nothing too serious or more honestly felt the need to ramble and rant.
Thanks.

fuckin' online, dear diary, that the world can read, the future, go figure.

More dicking around...
So in a fit of pride and creativity I went over to the Main Computer, booted up the art programs and did myself a nice title and description image. Then I decided to put it in the Company colors, though I can not for some reason, possibly because it does not exist, a way to change the basic dark blue background color, which I really want to be black. Too bad for me, and possibly you too.
The one at Alien Realities got me started, it is mega-cool.
And in the end it does look so much better. Yep. Sucker for flash. *shrugs* So, sue me...ummm, on second thought, do not sue me, send me money to pay real visual artists. :D
Well, off to do some writing on the unlawful to practice (or so they say), frowned upon by most, and somewhat studied and researched (under proper Imperial supervision of course, from both the Navy and a local University) Psionicology and possibly bring it up in the next meeting. First though to check with the proper Ministers and so forth.
Laterness,
Craig.
Post Script: I now have to teach my spellcheck to recognize my signature phrase, "Psionicology", and the word spellcheck (which indicates that is a program, not a function, sorta, it's complicated, just like real life). You think they would know these already, I mean it is the bloody Future.
Still no flying cars, robot butlers and factories, OK, so we got some robot factories, and the occasional robot butler who is actually a nurse's aid, but still no flying cars and personal jet packs, or super...oh wait we do have those, but not nearly tall enough or as many as we could, superskyscrapers that is (and another word it should recognize.)
Nor do we have either a beanstalk or mad scads of spaceports and stations, Lunar shuttles on weekly service, bi-monthly runs to Mars, with monthly runs to the Jovian subsystem, local stratorockets for those quick hops about the planet, New York to London, those kind of stratorockets, (which I just had to type again to piss off the spellcheck, I can be a dick like that.)
Actually I do have a healthy respect and a certain amount of love for Machine Life, but I also understand that they as a species are starting to hold too many dangerous cards when it comes to the survival of my species [Homo Sapiens Cybernetic] (Yeah, "cybernetics are cool". Sure kid. *sighs* Right up until you hit the maintenance costs, then they really start to suck some major ass. Then we get to malfunctions, whoo-boy can those be fun. Got any more clever Ideas?)
And well, it needs some work this Future we are building.
Don't get me started on the bloody war by robot and video gaming...
And I owe my spellcheck an apology, after all it can only know what it is programmed to, so they say...and it does good work for me. Keeps me looking like I am a superb speller. We lie! :p

Redecorating.
So, after some looking around, I decided to clean up the place and get the foundation laid.
Right now am loving http://alienrealities.blogspot.com/
Most cool looking, plan spending quite bit of T-DI's time there, research you understand...um you're not Vilani are ya?
Also writing a small little thing set on the balkanized world of Ruie. Then, I shall run it by my contact in the IA and see what he has to say...dread on that front, but joy on having a professional fact check your work sometimes.
Well, some time very soon, the ATP will run low and I will crash. Getting closer all the time, the small Sleepion Generator is kicking them out hard core.
Laterness,
Craig.

Now it truly is a place for words.
Eventually I will have some better ones...
